Ashley Jones

Ashley Aubra Jones (born September 3rd, 1976) is an American actress. Her most well-known roles include parts in soap operas, including Megan Dennison on The Young and the Restless and Bridget Forrester on The Bold and the Beautiful. She played Daphne in a role that was regular character in her role in the HBO show True Blood's season two. Ashley Jones has a Bachelor of Human Learning from University of Tennessee at Martin. She earned her diploma in the year 1997. She began her teaching career with the school in Maury County teaching Reading to Kindergarten students and in 1st Grade. She got married in 1998 to the love of her life and UT Martin sweetheart Brent Jones and moved into Thompsons Station. She began her teaching career in Bethesda Elementary, where she taught the 4th grade. Between 1999 and 2000, she continued teaching and earn her Master of Instruction at Trevecca Nazarene University. In 2000, she left the classroom after welcoming their oldest son Baylor. Ashley's focus over the last 15 years has been on helping children grow in both her church as well as the local community. She also serves in various capacities. Ashley has been teacher and director at Thompson Station Church's Preschool and Student Ministry for 13 years. Ashley has spent the last three years home homeschooling her kids. As they homeschooled their children, they attended a tutorial at which Ashley was a teacher of History at the beginning of Kindergarten and in First Grade. God has clearly demonstrated to her and their family the importance of returning to school. Although Ashley loved being a homeschooler, she also enjoyed being with her five children. Brent as well as Ashley have five kids. Silas and Eliza as well as Cruz all go to GCA. Baylor is a GCA graduated attends college playing baseball in UT Martin.
