Jazmine Sullivan

JazmineJazmine Marie (b. on April 9, 1987), is an American soul/R&B singer from the United States. The native of Philadelphia, her debut album, Fearless was released in 2008. This album topped Billboard's Top R&B/Hip-Hop Albums Chart and was certified platinum by the Recording Industry Association of America. The album was followed by four singles including "Need You Bad" as well as "Bust Your Window" that both are in the top 40 in the Billboard Hot 100 chart; the former became Sullivan's first and the sole number one on the Hot R&B/Hip-Hop Song Billboard chart. Sullivan continued to release her album for her second studio, Love Me Back, in 2010, which was highly praised by reviewers. After a gap of three years, Sullivan signed to RCA Records in 2015. In 2015 , she dropped Reality Show's first studio album. It was her debut single to be a top album to appear on the Top R&B Albums charts. In 2021, she released her highly acclaimed EP Heaux Tales which has the single "Pick up Your Feelings". Sullivan was honored with Two Grammy Awards, a Billboard Women in Music Award as well as three NAACP Image Awards. In 2022, Time included her in their top 100 list. 100 Most Influential People.
